Sessions usually last between 1 to 2 hours.  Most clients find that they are able to achieve their outcome within two to eight sessions and many notice positive change within the first few sessions. Together with my clients I am able to pace the sessions to achieve therapy goals in the shortest, safest and most effective way to sustain long term change.
