About me

MY AIM IS TO BE A CLIENT FOCUSED AND REFLECTIVE THERAPIST, TO ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS IN THE SHORTEST SAFEST WAY…..

Over the past 12 years I have worked intensively with individuals, families and communities to facilitate change and growth. After working with young people and their families in youth clubs, hostels and on the street it became apparent that although I was able to provide practical short term support many where facing issues which required therapeutic support to facilitate the long term changes required.

Frustrated at my own limitations I explored many therapies before training at the quest institute as a cognitive hypnotherapists. I am passionate that about the rapid sustained change that I am able to achieve both personally and professionally using cognitive hypnotherapy in some case where all else has failed. I love therapy without labels, treating the person holistically and being able to tailor therapy for each client. This combined with the belief that everyone has all the resources within them to guide them to their own resolution i truly believe is a not only respectful practice but empowers clients which is how the very best outcomes are achieved.

I first trained with the Quest Institute first in 2005 with Trevor Sylvester and returned again in 2008 to complete my master practitioner qualification I am a Member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy  an independent organisation committed to ensuring the highest possible professional standards among its members. I have a full enhanced CRB check and extensive training and qualifications in work with children and young people. I continue to work with young people, families and communities since I began practicing in 2005 and feel privileged to be able grow, learn and develop within my roles.
